Delivery:

Where is my parcel?

Look for the Royal Mail tracking number in your shipping confirmation email Next simply copy and paste the tracking number into the Royal Mail tracking page and it should tell you the status of your order.

If the information provided by Royal Mail is unsatisfactory, please email us at jubblyjeans@gmail.com, where we will reply as soon as possible between Monday- Friday 8am - Friday 5pm.

Can I collect orders from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.

How long will delivery take?

In the UK, our delivery service is ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. This is a signed for, delivery service. If you order before 2pm on a working day, you will receive the package within 2-3 days

In EU countries, the delivery is a signed for, 5-7 day service.

For Rest of World delivery is 7-10 days.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE SAME DAY IF THE ORDER IS PLACED BEFORE 2PM ON A WEEKDAY.

Returns:

How do I return an item?

Simply print out the order confirmation email you received with your order, then include this and the item/s you would like to return within a package addressed to ‘Returns - LovedJeans, Finmere Cottage, Mere Road Finmere, Bucks. MK18 4AR.’ Before returning, please read our Returns Policy to understand the obligations and responsibilities held by both yourself and LovedJeans in a returns transaction.

When will my refund be processed?

Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund within three working days. If the order was originally made using PayPal then you should see the money in your account within 2 hours. If you paid using your debit/credit card then it will take between 3-5 days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, we will refund returned items and you are then welcome to order a replacement.

Who pays for returns?

Returns are to be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to the item being faulty or not as described, then we will cover the cost of the return, this will be reimbursed upon arrival of the returning package. We cover up to £4 for UK and £10 outside of UK.

Can I use a different courier for the return?

You can use any courier you wish as long as the package is secure. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service to ensure delivery. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the post.

I don’t have the original packaging, what should I do?

As long as the item(s) in the package is secure, it doesn’t matter on the return packaging used.

Payment:

I have made an order but need to alter or cancel it, can I do this?

As long as you contact us within 30 mins, and before 1 pm (weekdays) we can cancel the order or alter any details on the order. Unfortunately, if you miss this time window and we send the parcel out, we cannot change anything. However, if you wait for the unwanted item to arrive you can return it to us with return to sender.

Do I need to sign in to make an order?

Nope! We’ve made it easy so you can check out as a guest. It might save you some time in the future though if you do save your details with us.

Is Loved Jeans secure?

Yes! We are SSL certified, which essentially means your information is entirely secure when shopping with us. This is represented by the green (grey on Microsoft Edge) padlock at the left of the URL at the top of your web browser. We are also a ‘Verified By Visa’ seller and all our payments are processed through PayPal (whether you pay via PayPal or debit/credit card!). So yes, you’re safe.

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

What currencies do you accept?

All payments are accepted, however will be converted into GBP(£).

Do you include VAT in your prices?

Yes, all our prices are including VAT!

How do you ensure against fakes and copies?

We have sold over 50,000 pairs of Designer jeans over the last 10 years and can recognize a fake immediately. We individually hand check each and every item to guarantee its legitimacy.
